The representatives of a legal entity – a non-governmental organization reached out to attorney Dmytro Duginov regarding their bank account with special-purpose funds from the granting organization being locked by PrivatBank.

The case was reviewed by the Commercial Court of Kyiv and the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal that ruled in favor of the client. In its turn the Supreme Court denied PrivatBank’s cassation appeal on this case.

As of today, the decision was executed. USD 11 889, 87 and UAH 224 829, 63 was collected in client’s favor.
