Crimean Deposits

In 2017 attorney-at-law Dmytro Duginov represented a depositor who opened his deposit with the help of Privat24 online banking and therefore had no documents regarding his deposit and even was not aware of the full number of his deposit account.

In the course of investigation the attorney managed to restore all the required by court information and to obtain all corresponding documentary evidence. Consequently, the depositor’s case against PrivatBank was reviewed at three judicial levels resulting in success for the client.

The depositor was granted with USD 37684,61 and UAH 31 440,96.
